Not perhaps the most exciting session of my life tonight- 1 hour on the turbo, plodding along with the odd bit of effort and perspiration- until The Worlds Strongest Man came on Bravo, awesome.
Derek Poundstone vs the diminutive Jimmy Marku from England (although he sounded suspiciously Eastern European). Those guys do some crazy stuff, pulling lorrys and carrying cars, so when i see them straining uinder the weight of a citroen saxo it makes the mild flutter from my heart scaling the hights of maybe 150 seem quite insignificant!
Compare and contrast photos- i've got a long way to go for muscle mass, bet he's rubbish at swimming though!
